I have been in business since 2001, and in 2019 I launched The Small Business Talk Podcast (SBT), which later evolved into Small Business Talk For Coaches. The podcast is a way to help you, the business owner, leverage my experience and the insights of the Small Business Talk guests to grow your business faster.

Like many women in business, I know my natural qualities give me a huge advantage in real life. However, I used to find it hard to express these talents online and would hide behind my business name. This was surprising, as I was never afraid to stand out as a child and was, in fact, pretty fearless!

Secretly, I was a speed demon (rev head) who raced go karts for 4 years, starting at age 13! I still love fast cars and have a flair for strategy, precision, and attention to detail, which stems from those days on the track. When I was racing, I thrived on standing out and working hard to stay in front. However, in business, like many women business owners, I let my results speak for themselves and shied away from the limelight.

Small Business Talk Podcast was born to show business women and men that to succeed in today’s noisy world, you must step into the limelight and become the face of your business. People like to do business with those they know, like, and trust. If your customers do not know who you are, it is difficult for them to trust you.
